Whatever stage of motherhood you're at, there can be challenges. There's no need to face them alone! Individual counselling allows you to delve into patterns that are keeping you stuck and find more self-compassion, confidence and fulfillment as a woman and a mother.

If you and your partner are having difficulties, couples counselling is an excellent choice. Often dynamics in relationships keep partners feeling stuck and dissatisfied. Learning new communication tools and getting a deeper understanding of where each other is coming from can make a huge difference in feeling more connected and loving with each other.

Becoming a mother is a huge transition in any woman’s life.

The myth of motherhood tells us that we should feel a maternal glow and boundless joy. But the truth is that motherhood can sometimes bring a flood of feelings such as overwhelm, disappointment, fear, hopelessness and loneliness.

You are giving birth to yourself as a mother at the same time that your child is growing and being born in this world. You deserve care and support behind you during your transition.

Awareness of how your family patterns play a role in who you are as a mom, and working through big feelings and stuck places can help you transform your family dynamics in a new and more emotionally stable direction.

Facing mild to moderate postpartum depression and/or anxiety head-on is key to moving forward and experiencing more joy and connection with your baby and others in your life.
